An ordinance of the city council of the city of Georgetown, Texas, designating the reinvestment zone No. 2022-01; provide the zone’s eligibility for the commercial industrial tax abatement; containing findings that the area qualifies for designation as a reinvestment area and the improvements sought are feasible and achievable and benefit the land and the City; provide for a repeal clause; provide for a severability clause; and indicating an effective date.

An order from the city council of the city of Georgetown, Texas, modifying the Summit at Westinghouse Planned Unit Development (PUD), for approximately 72 acres in the BC Low Survey 51, to modify zone A, to remove Townhome (TH) and allow Low Density Multifamily (MF-1) located at 500 Westinghouse for a project that will be known as Summit at Westinghouse; repeal contradictory ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An ordinance of the city council of the city of Georgetown, Texas, providing for the extension of certain limits of the city limits of Georgetown, Texas, and the annexation and the initial zoning designation of the single-family residence (RS) of a certain area of ​​10.00 acres, more or less, in William Addison Survey Abstract No. 21 as described herein; repeal contradictory ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An ordinance of the city council of the city of Georgetown, Texas, modifying part of the official zoning map to rezone 0.614 acres in the D. Wright Survey, generally located at 4325 Williams Drive, in the agricultural zoning district (AG ) the zoning district office (OF); repeal contradictory ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An order from the City of Georgetown, Texas city council, amending part of the official zoning map to rezone 1,337 acres in A. Flores Inquiry Summary # 235, typically located at 550 Stadium Drive, from the business premises (C-1) zoning district to general commercial zoning district (C-3); repeal contradictory ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.

An order from the City of Georgetown, Texas City Council amending the Global Transportation Plan of the Global Plan 2030 to realign the proposed extension of Sanaloma Drive, a collector road, through the property typically located between Airport Road and IH-35 north of Aviation Drive and south of Berry Creek Drive; repeal contradictory ordinances and resolutions; including a severability clause; and establishing an effective date.
